STRONGMAN & STRONGWOMAN COMPETITION

NEW FOR 2023: HYLAND GAMES

That’s right, we’re bringing our own version of the world famous Highland Games to Hylands Park in Essex. Could the year 2023 be the start of Essex’s “Hyland Games”?

We’ll be joined by British and 3x UK Strongman U105 Matt Cole (pictured above) to welcome the contestants in the Strongman and Strongwomen games.

Watch in amazement and cheer on your favourites as the contestants are put through their paces with classic Scottish challenges pushing their boundaries and showcasing their strength. Who will be crowned the winner of the first ever Hylands Games 2023?
